Decking
This is the perimeter area surrounding your pool where you can use natural stones or paving blocks. At this stage we also create features such as an outdoor barbeque place, fountains, summer kitchens etc where you can look forward to many pool side parties with family and friends.
Electrical & Plumbing
Before the concreting process, we install all the plumbing and electrical components – if any. We ensure that the plumbing is pressure tested and the electricals meet the necessary standard safety codes.
Excavation
Once the layout stage is complete we then proceed on to the process of excavation. This process demands accuracy and professionalism to avoid unnecessary excavation of virgin soil which is load bearing or excavating too little and duplicating work.
Filtration
The pool filter is installed – you can choose from pipeless filters or the conventional sand filters. Other equipments and acs are fitted like the pool ladders, the underwater lights etc. to complete your pool. Once commissioned your dream pool is ready for you to take the plunge!!
Laterite Masonry
Constructing laterite masonry, to give shape / form for pool and support for RCC. Here you get an idea of what the pool will look like.
Layout
We lay out the actual dimensions of the pool design onto the proposed site area. This provides an ideal opportunity to see the outlines of the actual size and shape of the pool and make any changes to the size and location of the pool before we actually begin with excavation.
Pool Design
A Pool design may be furnished by us if so required. Our client can also avail of a 3-D computer generated design before we begin construction. These incredibly realistic renderings allow you to see all the elements of your pool design as they integrate to your home. At this stage, alterations in the design may be made as necessary. Upon approval of your design, we begin the layout process.
Poured Concreting
Pouring concrete in M20 grade in required thickness to pool shell as per standard specification complete with curing thus providing a tough internal shell of your new pool and thereby giving you a first real time vision of your dream pool.
Reinforcement Steel
laying in positions steel reinforcement in 2 layers as per our structural engineer’s design, including cutting bending and binding wire.
Soling / Plain Cement Concrete
Rubble soling with compaction, followed by PCC in required mix is provided over the pool floor area to prepare the base of the pool in preparation for the concreting stage.
Start-up & Training
Quite often a first time pool owner can feel overwhelmed by the initial start-up and maintenance of the pool. We provide with the necessary training and also give you a complimentary user’s manual that explains how to easily care for your pool. In addition, our support service team is available to answer any questions you have regarding the care of your pool and equipment.
Tile & Coping
A choice made from a wonderful wide range of tiles and natural stones can complete the aesthetic look of your pool, making it your own unique masterpiece. The pool coping can be crafted from natural stone in beautiful designs.
